Support continues after you fly out. We stay in contact with your supplier, follow the first production run, help resolve issues as they come up, arrange checks and help you read the shipping and export paperwork.

Two visits per day depend on factory locations and appointment availability. We agree a practical itinerary and written scope before booking. The fee covers Daniel and the team's work on the ground — it does not cover hotels, flights, freight or other trip spends, which you arrange and pay for yourself.

Clear scope, professional advice

What the programme covers.

We help you understand quotations, negotiate price and terms, clarify product specifications and relay questions in Mandarin. You choose the supplier and approve the order; we provide independent evidence and guidance.

Focused visits—not two full-day audits

Each visit covers premises, production observations and an in-depth project discussion, with written findings. Dedicated full-day audits are available separately.

Office QC checks samples—not the entire shipment

Basic visual, dimensional and functional checks on an agreed sample quantity from one SKU. Sample delivery, specialist tests and pre-shipment inspection are extra. Large machinery requires a separately agreed alternative.

Transport within Guangdong only

Hotel pickup, factory transfers and return are included only within Guangdong. Travel to other regions, additional days, extra verification and support beyond the included hours are quoted separately.

We stay on after you fly home

Order follow-up, in-production updates and issue handling, pre-shipment check coordination and shipping or export paperwork guidance, up to the hours in your programme over 90 days. Freight, customs duties and clearance charges are always yours to pay; we help you arrange and understand them.

We don't pay for hotels, flights or spends

The programme fee covers Daniel and the FactoryChecker team on the ground — not your trip costs. Flights, hotels, meals and other spends are arranged and paid by you; we're happy to help you plan them sensibly, and we never mark them up.

Advice reduces risk; it does not remove it

No guarantee of the lowest market price, supplier suitability or defect-free goods. Contracts, formal quality agreements and specialist testing are not included unless separately agreed.
