A verification report tells you who the supplier is. An audit tells you whether the factory is real. Quality control tells you whether the goods you paid for are actually being made correctly — and whether they should be allowed onto the container. Our inspectors work to ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 (AQL) sampling, photograph every defect, and send you a full report within 24 hours of leaving the site. $268 per man-day, all-inclusive: no travel charge, no weekend surcharge.
Pick the moment in the order where a problem would cost you the most. Most buyers use a during-production inspection on a first order and a pre-shipment inspection on every order after that. If the order is small or the factory is far away, ship the samples to our Zhuhai office instead.
Run when production is 100% complete and at least 80% packed. Random AQL sampling from the finished lot: quantity, workmanship, function tests, measurements, packing and shipping marks. This is the check that decides whether you release the balance payment.
Run when roughly 20–60% of the order is finished. Catches a systemic defect while there is still time and material to fix it, instead of discovering it when the whole lot is boxed.
Our inspector stays on the line for consecutive days, watching the process rather than sampling the output: raw materials, semi-finished parts, workmanship, output rate and daily corrective-action reports sent to you each evening.
We're there while the container is loaded: cartons counted, condition verified, loading sequence and stowage photographed, seal number recorded. Stops short shipments and swapped pallets at the last possible moment.
No inspector travels. The factory ships a percentage of the batch to our Zhuhai office and we check it on the bench: workmanship, measurements, function, labelling and packing, photographed defect by defect. Cheaper than a site visit, and the goods stay in China if you reject them. Price it yourself with the calculator below.
We use ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) as the sampling standard, General Level II by default, with Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0 acceptance unless you specify otherwise. Tailor-made checking plans are welcome — send your spec sheet or approved sample and we'll inspect against it.
Supplier, product, order quantity, ship date and any spec sheet or approved sample. We confirm the man-days needed and the fixed price.
We contact the supplier directly in Chinese, agree the date, and confirm the goods will genuinely be ready — the most common cause of a wasted inspection day.
Our inspector pulls random samples, runs the checks and tests, photographs every defect, and gives you a pass / fail / pending call on site.
Full photo report with AQL results in your inbox, plus a short call if the result is a fail so you can decide on rework, discount, or holding the payment.
One rate for every inspection type. No travel charge, no weekend or public-holiday surcharge, and free advice before and after the inspection. Most orders need a single man-day; large or multi-SKU orders need more, and we tell you how many before you pay.
Included in the rate: travel to any major manufacturing cluster in China, weekend and holiday inspections, and consultancy before and after. Inspections are paid before the inspection date. If the factory tells us the goods are ready and they are not, the man-day is spent and charged — we'll always help you re-charge that to the supplier.
Instead of sending an inspector to the factory, the supplier ships part of the batch to our office in Zhuhai and we check it on the bench. You choose how much of the order gets checked — 2%, 10%, or every single unit — and we give you a clear approve / reject call on the batch before the balance payment leaves your account.
You tell us the quantity and the percentage you want checked. We send the supplier the shipping instructions in Chinese, receive and log the cartons, check every sampled unit, and email a photo report with an approve / reject recommendation. Domestic freight to us is usually a few dollars and normally billed to the supplier.
Workmanship and appearance, measurements against your spec, materials and accessories, colour and logo, labelling, barcodes, retail packing, carton drop test, and basic function or power-on tests where the product allows it.
Small or high-value orders, samples before mass production, a factory outside Guangdong where travel would dominate the cost, or a repeat order where you only need spot confirmation that quality hasn't drifted.
It can't verify quantities in the warehouse, watch the production line, or supervise loading. If the batch is bulky, heavy, or you need the whole lot counted, a $268 on-site inspection is the right tool — the calculator tells you when.

Indicative price for planning. We confirm the final quote in writing once we see the product and spec — it never goes up after that without your approval.
$268 per man-day, all-inclusive — the same published rate as the largest inspection firms in Asia. Travel, weekend visits and pre/post-inspection advice are included. Most single-SKU orders are one man-day.
It depends on order quantity, number of SKUs and how much function testing is required. A typical order of a few thousand units in one SKU is one man-day. Tell us the quantity and product and we'll confirm before you pay.
ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL), General Level II by default, with Major 2.5 and Minor 4.0. You can specify a different level, tighter AQLs, or a fully tailor-made checking plan.
When about 20–60% of the order is finished. Early enough that a systemic defect can still be corrected on the line, late enough that there is real output to sample.
Within 24 hours of the inspector leaving the factory, with photos of every defect and a clear pass, fail or pending result. Production monitoring gets a short report every evening.
