Our standard turnaround is 72 hours from receiving your supplier information. Every report goes through the same thorough process — research, cross-referencing, expert analysis, and compilation into a clear, actionable PDF.

If we cannot locate sufficient information about your supplier, that is valuable intelligence in itself — it usually means the company is very new, operating under a different name, or not what it claims to be. In the rare cases where we cannot produce a meaningful report, we refund you in full.

We stand behind our research. If a report contains factual errors, or misses one of the verification points we promise, we will either redo the research at no charge or refund you in full. We cannot refund a report simply because the findings are not what you hoped to hear — negative findings are often the most valuable part.

Our reports draw on official Chinese government databases, business registries and verified industry sources, and we cross-reference every critical point through more than one channel. No due diligence can promise 100% accuracy, so we always state the source and the verification date for each key data point.

Yes. Your supplier is never told that you ordered a verification report. Client information is stored securely, our analysts work under non-disclosure agreements, and we never share, sell or reuse your data.

Real due diligence needs access to Chinese-language databases, an understanding of Chinese company structures, and the ability to read local filings. We use subscription-only databases, court records and regulatory filings that search engines do not index — and we know which red flags matter.

Yes. If you verify suppliers regularly as part of your sourcing operation, we offer discounted bulk packages and ongoing arrangements. Contact us with your expected volume and we will put a price together.
